Insulation

Thermal and electrical insulation are critical in some areas of construction and composites are naturally good electrical insulators. Since they have limited thermal conductivity, they do not expand in response to temperature variations. However, composite materials can adapt the conditions to provide required isolation for some applications with such properties that can be added to the composition.

Composite materials are attractive for the architectural industry, they are used in roofing, domes in architecture. In addition, because of their benefits with insulation, high strength, and non-corrosive behaviour, they are used many applications such as bridges, towers, masts, housing.
